Blake Lively: Sophistcated Chic: NYC FASHION WEEK

Last night Blake attended the Noon by Noon show at Provocateur in this lovely white jacket and I believe brown tights with brown pumps. I love the pop of color on the lip. She looks tan and fabulous although like most celebrities that "tan" her hands are a different color than her face. Spray tan those hands girls or wear some gloves! Furthermore, you don't have to dress sexy to be sexy! Remember that LADIES!
